It's Time for a Change
Three years ago after a diagnosis of Grade 3 Osteoarthritis in my knee, I was forced to change my exercise routine, which mainly consisted of running at that time. I really struggled to find something I loved as much. Since age 16 I had run almost daily.
Since then even with consistent indoor cycling, elliptical and weight and TRX workouts, I was getting frustrated that my body didn’t look the way it had when I was running and just wasn’t changing despite my efforts. I realized that I was not pushing myself hard enough and had got stuck in a safe and comfortable routine, in addition, I had really lost track of my portion control. My body was “stuck”. I decided to add in streaming 30-minute A Little Obsessed workouts and utilized the portion control system, I quickly got more results in 4 weeks than I had in 2 years, and I was hooked!
With my daughter ready to head to Kindergarten in the fall I knew I was going to be ready to do something more than just my everyday household tasks, but at the same time I didn’t want to not be available for school parties, school events, days off, vacations, sick days, summers and I definitely wasn’t ready to not be able to stay in my workout clothes all day!
That is when I realized this was the perfect opportunity for me. Sharing my love of health of fitness and helping others feel good about themselves again is the greatest job in the world.

What is a Challenge Group?
A Challenge Group is a private group of women who have committed to getting healthy with a Beachbody Program through fitness, nutrition, accountability and peer support. With me as your coach, I am the leader of the group and will personally help you reach your health and fitness goals. Each month we focus on a different theme to keep working on being healthy fun and exciting!
